Friends in Christ,

This picture was of me was taken during our 9th trip in 2023. We had finished the Greece portion of our “search for Paul” and were back in Türkiye at the Temple of Apollo at Didyma, discussing 1st Thessalonians.

2025 will be our 11th journey, and I am evermore struck by the wisdom of N.T. Wright’s statement, “For too long we’ve read the scriptures with 19th century eyes and 16th century questions. It’s time we get back to reading with 1st century eyes and 21st century questions.”
I hope that you will consider sharing with others in this educational and spiritual journey.

G
race and peace,
